A lovely couple in Lightwater contacted us after recently moving into a new house situated on a step hillside. The result was a garden that was elevated to meet the back of the high and stepped down from one side but stepped up from the other. They were planning an extension and wanted the garden levelled as all access would then be lost. The side sunk below the neighbours was due to have a retaining wall built so a supporting bank was to be left to avoid landslip. The garden comprised of one brick shed with deep retaining foundations, one wooden shed made of solid oak, possibly an old shipping container that had been converted, a fish pound and all risen by 3 feet.
Terra Form were pleased to take on this challenging job and completed it within the allowed 5 days using the mini digger and Bobcat skid steer. The perfect combination for this job.
Thanks Brett and Sally and hope the new extension goes well.
The end results, we agreed on the first site visit the best solution for the waste was to be piled up into separate heaps on the front garden which was overgrown and had walls all around, and a garb lorry would come in to collect. After all the work is complete this will then be turned into a full driveway with additional parking for the family.
